Laser Exchange began operations
in 1989, manufacturing a small range of compatible
laser toner cartridges to a high professional standard
in a factory unit in O’Connor.
Today we operate from a central location on the
edge of the Perth CBD, manufacturing dozens of different
compatible cartridges and still with the same high
professional standards.
Of course much has changed. The availability of
multitudes of replacement parts and high-quality
toner for cartridges is now a normal state of affairs,
but the cartridges we create are still produced
with the same care and attention to detail which
allowed us to develop our company from its small
beginnings.
We were granted Quality Accreditation under the
ISO 9000 standard by Standards Australia in 1999
and we are members of numerous industry and customer-service
organisations.
We are a customer-driven company. Nothing is more
important than listening to our customers' needs
and delivering on them. It was customer request
that led to the development of our Maintenance Department
which now cares for thousands of laser printers
with great efficiency and dedication, and it was
customer request that is leading us to the production
of colour laser consumables.
We look forward to more growth, more products, more
progress!
