Laser Exchange strongly recommends that hardware
is maintained on a regular basis; once every 12
months at a minimum although some hardware will
require more frequent servicing depending on factors
such as usage and the external environment. Preventative
Maintenance will not only keep your office hardware
free from dust, dirt and stray toner particles
which can impair print quality, but our technicians
will provide a detailed report on each machine
which gives early warning of items which are wearing,
faulty or may need attention. Knowledge of these
potential problems allows you to take rectifying
action at your convenience and goes a long way
to eliminating emergency situations, which as
we all know always happen at the least convenient
times!

However, if an emergency situation should arise, Laser Exchange will respond very quickly.
Laser Exchange can generally have a technician on-site within four working hours. This gives you the piece of mind that comes from knowing that your machine will be repaired and back online with the minimum disruption. This emergency call is charged at a rate of $120.00 excluding GST, and includes the first hour's labour.
If parts are required, Laser Exchange technicians carry an extensive range with them onsite to ensure that we can do the job on the first callout if necessary. Laser Exchange parts also carry an average 12 month warranty.
